Guest Guide
Everything you need for a slow, easy stay. House rules, quick videos, step-by-step how-tos and documents to download — all in one place.
A few simple things that keep the farmhouse peaceful for you, for the next guests, and for our neighbors.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please message us through Airbnb if you need flexibility — we'll do our best.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere inside the house. Old wood holds onto smell for a long time.
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please keep gatherings to the guests on your reservation.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Sound carries a long way out here — our neighbors appreciate it.
Doors, floors and windows are original. Close doors softly, lift (don’t drag) furniture, and let us know if anything sticks or breaks.
Please wash or load your dishes, take trash to the bins outside, and leave the house the way you found it.
Pets are welcome only when approved on your reservation. Please keep them off beds and furniture.
Use the fire pit only in the designated spot, never leave a fire unattended, and fully extinguish it before bed.
